"I feel that exercise, masssage and stretching are the prime aspects of any health and wellness program. Therefore my massage sessions will usually include stretches designed to help the client improve their range of motion with a troubled area.
I love working with a variety of clients that includes office workers, soccer moms, althletes and others in the health field industry."
